Our Company was founded in 1987 on an idea by Mr. Gabriele. He had worked several years in the finest hotels and restaurants around the world (Gstaad Palace Hotel, Hyatt Regency Chicago, Vier-Jahres-Zeiten Kempinski Munchen) always offering a cuisine that can meet any customer need and expectation, thanks to those reviews Gabriele became a very estimated professional in this sector.

Cantina Canaletto restaurant proposes as well personalized menu to travel agencies that want to offer a great culinary experiences, according to the budget, the season and the type of customers always choosing the best local ingredients.
