The  Restaurant Cantina Canaletto, located just a few steps away from the famous Piazza San Marco wishes to be the forerunner of a new way to interpret food preparation and service, so as to guarantee a cuisine whose meat, fish and shell-fish come from secure, certified sources. 

The dishes, ably manipulated by our Chef, ensure continuity of traditional recipes, revisited by a creative hand who knowingly does the aromas so as not take anything away from the natural, genuine flavours already infused by the sea and the land.
Then these gastronomic delights are handed over to Gigi and Francesco who have the duty of serving them with punctilious attention.
